I'm a coach and facilitator who works with individuals, leadership teams, and organizations navigating change, complexity, and growth.

My practice draws on 15+ years embedded inside technology organizations — as a leader, trusted advisor, and partner to executives and teams. I understand how organizations actually work: the politics, the pressures, the places where things quietly break down. That experience makes my coaching grounded in reality, not theory.

I'm trained in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) — a framework that sees the relationship system itself as the client. Whether I'm working one-on-one with an executive or facilitating a leadership team, I help people and systems find their own clarity and move forward with intention.
